Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (longer during peak seasons).

  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, no matter the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to high-volume seasons or customs processing.

Track Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

  • Note: It may take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders & Customs

  • Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs Duties/Fees: You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

  • Custom Delays: AKE Cabinetry Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Changes or Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at: service@mkehitxry.com

  • Orders in processing cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 72 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a replacement.
