At AKE Cabinetry Inc., we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-day Return Window from the date of receipt

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Unused items in original condition

    • Original packaging and tags intact

    • Proof of purchase required

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.

How to Return

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return label with instructions.

  • Note: Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If defective or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

Exchanges

  • Return the original item as outlined

  • Place a new order for the replacement
    This ensures faster processing.

International Orders – EU Customers

  • EU orders can be returned within 14 days

  • Return conditions: Unused, original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase
    This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process

  • If you don’t receive a refund within 15 business days, contact us.
